For elevating the recognition of the competence of the Filipino veterinary professional in the field of Veterinary Epidemiology and Veterinary Public Health by the national and international agencies and stakeholders as evidenced by his services as trainer, facilitator and advisor/consultant to various projects of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and other international organizations; for unselfishly extending and sharing his knowledge and passion to educate as speaker in scientific conferences; for his demonstrated leadership and professional expertise while coordinating the long list of research projects through his involvement with technical working groups; for his integrity highlighted by his position as State Chaplain (North Luzon State Association) of the Gideons International in the Philippines actively spreading his ministry and promoting values formation across communities regarding him an epitome of distinguished professional - competent, ethical, service-oriented, and a high degree of integrity, worth the emulation of others.
